Your dashboard
A tour of the Dashboard: overview, inbox, listings, orders, grow, analytics and billing.
The Dashboard answers one question: what am I selling or running? It appears once you have a listing or a business.
Two levels
- All your businesses: Dashboard home, Businesses, Listings, Inbox, Orders and bookings, Grow, Analytics, and Billing and credits.
- One business: Overview, Inbox, Listings, Orders and bookings, Grow, Analytics and Business setup.
With one business, the Dashboard opens straight on its Overview. With several, you pick a business first, and a selector lets you switch.
What each area does
- Overview: what needs attention first, such as unanswered enquiries, then quick actions and key numbers.
- Inbox: messages, enquiries, quotes, offers and reviews in one place.
- Listings: add, edit, hide and boost listings.
- Orders and bookings: manage what customers have ordered or booked.
- Grow: promotions, coupons, Boosts, ads and your website.
- Analytics: views, enquiries and trends.
- Billing and credits: your plan, wallet and AI credits.
Tip: Your private activity, such as saved items, lives under your profile. Settings is for your account, not your business.
