Frequently asked questions
Is Aioby really free?
Yes. Creating a Business Page, adding listings and receiving customer messages is free, with no time limit. Plans, Boosts, ads and AI credit bundles are optional.
Does one plan cover all my stores?
Yes. Growth and Growth Plus belong to your account, so one plan covers every store you own.
Do plans renew automatically?
Only if you choose it. Renewal is never pre-selected: you tick it yourself and the amount and interval are shown next to the choice. You can switch it off any time from Dashboard → Subscription, and the plan then ends after the period you already paid for.
Is this price permanent?
These are launch prices. Anyone who subscribes now keeps their price for as long as their subscription stays active.
What are AI credits?
Credits are used when an AI tool runs: a listing draft costs 5, a review reply 3, a social caption 3, a price suggestion 2, a translation 2, and creating a Business Page or listing with AI 10. Free accounts get 20 a month.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian rupees.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Turn renewal off from your dashboard at any time; the plan then ends after the period you already paid for. See the Cancellation Policy and the Return & Refund Policy for details.
Do I need a Business Page to sell on Aioby?
No. Individual sellers can list used items, vehicles, classifieds and personal services with just a free account.
Does Aioby charge a commission?
