How do I create a store on Aioby?

Click "Add Your Store" from any page or go to aioby.com/stores/create. Creating a basic store is completely free. You can add your business name, description, logo, and start listing products or services immediately.

How do I post a product or service?

Go to your Dashboard โ†’ Listings โ†’ Add Listing. Choose your listing type (product, service, offer, job, etc.), fill in the details, add photos, and publish. Your listing will appear in the feed and search results immediately.

Is Aioby free to use?

Yes! Creating an account, browsing listings, and basic store creation are all free. We offer premium plans for businesses that want featured listings, advanced analytics, and more visibility.

How do I contact a seller?

On any listing or store page, tap the "Message" or "Contact" button to start a conversation. You can also use the WhatsApp or phone contact options if the seller has provided them.

How does the location filter work?

Use the location chip in the header or listing pages to set your city. Listings will be filtered to show items available near you. You can also use GPS by tapping the location icon on the home feed.

How do I report a suspicious listing?

Open the listing and tap the "Report" button (flag icon). Select the reason and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

How do I upgrade my store to a premium plan?

Go to Dashboard โ†’ Subscription to view and upgrade your plan. Premium plans include featured placement, verified badges, advanced analytics, and more.

What payment methods are accepted?

Aioby supports card payments (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe for store subscriptions and transactions. Individual sellers may also arrange direct payments.
