Yes. Go to your Profile → Settings → Account tab and tap "Add password to your account". Enter and confirm your new password. After saving, you can sign in with either Google or your email + password — both methods work on the same account.

Why is the "Forgot password" email not arriving?

There are two common reasons: (1) Your account was created with Google Sign-In — password reset emails do not work for Google accounts. Sign in with Google instead, then add a password from Settings → Account. (2) Too many reset attempts in a short time triggers a temporary block. Wait 15–30 minutes and try again. Also check your spam/junk folder.

Why does "Forgot password" show an error for my email?

If you signed up using Google, your account does not have a password — Aioby cannot send a reset email for it. Sign in with "Continue with Google" on the sign-in page. Once signed in, you can add a password from Settings → Account if you want email + password login in future.

How do I change my password?

Go to Profile → Settings → Account tab → "Change password". Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters), confirm it, and tap "Update Password". You do not need to enter your current password — you are already signed in.

If you signed up with Google, try "Continue with Google" on the sign-in page — it will find your account automatically. If you signed up with email, try your most common email addresses. If you are still stuck, contact support@aioby.com and we can look up your account.

Can I have multiple Aioby accounts?

Each person should have one Aioby account. You can create multiple stores under one account from your Dashboard. Creating duplicate accounts to bypass limits or moderation is against our Terms of Service.

Go to Profile → Settings → Account tab → "Delete Account & Data". Type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your profile, posts, listings, stores, messages, and personal data. Orders are anonymised (not deleted) as required by financial regulations. This action cannot be undone.

My account is showing the wrong name or photo after Google sign-in.

Aioby pulls your display name and photo from Google on first sign-in. To update them on Aioby independently, go to Profile → Settings → Profile tab and edit your Full Name. To update your profile photo, tap your avatar on your profile page.
