Cancellation Policy

Nothing on Aioby renews unless you choose it, and you can turn renewal off at any time. Turning renewal off keeps what you have paid for until the end of the period. Refunds are covered in the Return & Refund Policy.

• Go to Dashboard → Subscription and turn off renewal or cancel the plan.
• Your plan and its benefits stay active until the end of the period you already paid for (a month or a year). After that the account returns to the Free plan.
• You are not charged again after you turn renewal off. A first purchase of a plan can be refunded in full within 7 days; after that, payments already made for the current period are not refunded (see the Return & Refund Policy).
• Your Business Pages and listings are not deleted when a plan ends. Paid extras end: extra AI credits, the Boost and ad discount, the included monthly Boost and ad credit, and the higher Business Page photo limit.
• You can switch between Growth and Growth Plus from the same page.

• A Boost runs for the period you bought. If you chose to renew it, turn renewal off in Dashboard → Featured Boosts — the running period is not affected.
• You can cancel a Boost before it starts for a full refund. Once it has started, the unused days are credited to your Aioby wallet (see the Return & Refund Policy).

• Manage a campaign in Dashboard → Campaigns: pause, resume, change the link, turn renewal off, or cancel.
• Cancelling before the campaign has started refunds the full amount to your Aioby wallet.
• Cancelling a running or paused campaign refunds the unused days to your wallet pro rata.
• If a campaign is rejected in review, the full amount is returned to your wallet.

• Wallet balance stays in your account for future Boosts and ads. Unused paid balance can be refunded on request; bonus amounts cannot.
• AI credit bundles are one-time purchases, so there is nothing to cancel. Bundle credits do not expire, and a bundle can be refunded in full within 7 days if none of its credits have been used.
• If you were charged in error, contact hello@aioby.com within 30 days with the payment reference.

Order cancellations follow the seller's own policy, shown on their Business Page and listing. A seller has 4 hours to confirm a new order; an order that is not confirmed in that time is cancelled automatically. For returns and refunds on goods, see the Return & Refund Policy.

You can delete your account from Settings. Turn off renewal on any plan, Boost or campaign first so nothing is charged after you leave, and contact us before closing if you have a wallet balance you want to discuss.
