Your Business Page, in your colour
Choose a brand colour — or match your logo — in the create and edit forms. It colours your Enquire button and active tab. The page header now shows your best actions first, with the rest under “More actions”.

Policies on every Business Page and listing
One clear Policies section shows delivery, returns, refunds, cancellation and terms — for shops and service businesses alike — and the create form previews it as you write.

Sort, select and act in bulk in your inbox
Sort the Inbox and Messages by newest, unread, name and more, clear all filters in one tap, select several conversations and mark them read, mute them or delete them for you.
- Buying
Accepted offers check out at the agreed price
When a seller accepts your offer, “Checkout at agreed price” charges exactly that price for the item. The agreed price is held for 48 hours and can be used once.
- Selling
Fairer, safer Make an Offer
Offers sit between 50% and 100% of the listed price, with the lowest accepted offer shown before you send. Open offers expire after 48 hours and close automatically when an item is marked sold.
- Business pages
Better 360° tours for Business Pages
Uploading a 360° tour checks that your photo is a proper 2:1 panorama and tells you how to fix it if not, with tips for shooting your shop.

Clearly labelled sponsored placements
Sponsored slots across browse pages, hubs and city pages carry a single “Sponsored” label, can be reported, and never appear on business, member or checkout pages.

One network for India and the UAE
Aioby shows businesses and listings from India and the UAE together, starting with the country you are in. Switch between “My country” and “Everywhere” at any time, and browse city pages for all seven emirates.

Safer messaging
Report a conversation, restrict or block someone, and see warnings about advance payments, OTPs and off-platform requests. Conversations are stored encrypted.

Business status: open, closed or moved
A business can mark itself open, temporarily closed, permanently closed or moved. Moved businesses redirect to their new page, and closed ones do not take orders. Anyone can suggest an edit to a business page.
