Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aioby ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Aioby is operated by Aioby Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). The Platform is a marketplace connecting local businesses and customers in UAE and India.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aioby. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Businesses must be legally registered and authorised to operate in their jurisdiction.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow others to access it on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Businesses listing on Aioby agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about their business, products, and services.
• Not post misleading prices, availability, or descriptions.
• Honour commitments made to customers including bookings, orders, and quoted prices.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their operating jurisdiction.
• Not list prohibited items (counterfeit goods, illegal products, adult content, weapons, etc.).

Customers using Aioby agree to:

• Interact with businesses and other users respectfully and in good faith.
• Post honest, genuine reviews based on actual experiences.
• Not attempt to manipulate ratings or engage in fraudulent transactions.
• Not use the Platform to spam, harass, or harm other users.

Aioby facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. By making a purchase:

• You agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable fees or taxes.
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Aioby does not store card details.
• Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual businesses and must be honoured.
• Aioby is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, but we will mediate where possible.

Content you post on Aioby (photos, descriptions, reviews) remains yours. By posting, you grant Aioby a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform and in marketing materials.

The Aioby name, logo, and Platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.

Aioby includes AI-generated content features (descriptions, translations, price suggestions). These are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing. Aioby does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate other users or businesses.
• Post spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Circumvent security measures or access controls.

Aioby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business listings, availability of products, or the conduct of users. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products and services listed by businesses, nor for any transactions conducted outside the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aioby's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aioby in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
