Recent posts, replies and listings show a business that is operating.
Claimed listings
A claimed Business Page is managed by its owner; unclaimed listings can be claimed with proof.

Every post, listing and profile can be reported for review.

Ask for a return, refund or exchange from the Deal itself. The seller’s response is recorded too.
Feeds a real trust score
Completed Deals build a seller’s Aioby Score. Unresolved return requests visibly lower it.
“Verified Deal” tag
A listing shows this once at least one Deal on it has actually been completed.
Aioby documents a Deal, it does not hold or guarantee the payment — pay the seller directly as agreed, the same as any direct marketplace transaction.
Your messages stay between you and the other person
Aioby staff do not browse private chats. Here is what protects them.
Only the two of you
A chat is visible only to the people in it. Aioby staff do not browse private messages.
Encrypted in our database
Message text is encrypted where it is stored. Aioby messages are not end-to-end encrypted, so we can serve them to you and act on reports.
Message requests
A first message from someone you do not know arrives as a request. Accept, decline or block it. They cannot flood you while you decide.
Scam warnings
If a message asks for an OTP, an advance payment or a job fee, you see a warning. Automated checks only show the warning; nothing is read by staff.
Report any chat
Reporting shares only the most recent messages of that chat with our team, as evidence. A warning, a messaging restriction or a suspension can follow.
No ads from your chats
Private messages are not used for advertising and are not used to train AI.

Rules
The Community Guidelines and Terms say what cannot be listed or promoted.
Review
New Business Pages, posts and ads may be reviewed before they appear, and content can be reviewed after it is live.
Action
Content that breaks the rules can be rejected, unpublished or removed, and accounts restricted.

Where a Business Page or listing is rejected we give the reason where possible so it can be fixed and resubmitted.
Stay safe: simple rules
Meet in public
For used items, vehicles and viewings, meet in a public place in daylight and bring someone for expensive items.
Inspect before you pay
Check the item, the papers and the seller’s ID. Take a test drive or trial where it makes sense.
Never share OTPs or PINs
No genuine buyer, seller or Aioby team member needs your OTP, UPI PIN or password.
You never approve to receive
A collect request or a request to approve a payment is a scam — receiving money never needs approval.
Watch for pressure
Rushing you, overpaying, asking for a “token” or moving you to another app are warning signs.
Keep records
Keep chats, receipts and payment references. They help if something goes wrong.
Never pay to get a job
Genuine employers do not charge application, training or “security” fees. Report any job ad that asks you to pay, and check the employer’s Business Page before you share documents.

Frequently asked questions
What does the verified badge mean?
A verified badge means the business has been through Aioby’s proof-based verification. It is open to every business on every plan. It is a signal, not a guarantee, so still read reviews and check details.
How do I report a listing, post or profile?
Use the report option on the item, or contact us through the Contact page or at legal@aioby.com with a link and a short description.
Will Aioby ever ask for my OTP or UPI PIN?
No. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN or password with anyone, including anyone who says they are from Aioby.
How are payments handled?
You normally pay the seller directly — cash on delivery, bank transfer or another way the seller accepts — so agree the method before you buy, pay only after you have checked the item where you can, and keep proof of payment. Online payment for orders is not generally available; a few approved sellers have it, and their checkout shows it. What you buy from Aioby itself (plans, Boosts, ads) is paid through Razorpay.
What if a seller does not deliver, or refuses a return or refund?
Shipping, returns and refunds are handled by the seller under the policy on its Business Page — Aioby does not mediate or decide them. Contact the seller first with your order details. If it does not respond or does not honour its own policy, report the business and Aioby may take action against the seller (warning, restriction, suspension or removal). You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915).
What happens to a store or listing that breaks the rules?
We may reject, unpublish or remove it. We tell the owner the reason where possible, and Business Pages and listings can be fixed and resubmitted for review. See the Community Guidelines.
Can Aioby staff read my messages?
No, not as a matter of routine. Staff do not browse private chats. If someone reports a conversation, our team can see the most recent messages of that chat as evidence, and we may also be required to share messages where the law demands it.
Are Aioby messages end-to-end encrypted?
No. Message text is encrypted in our database and sent over HTTPS, but Aioby can decrypt it to deliver your chats and act on reports. Moving a chat to another app removes Aioby’s protections, so keep payments and orders on Aioby.
How do I claim my business if someone else listed it?
Open the Business Page and choose the claim option. You will be asked for your details and can upload proof of ownership, which our team reviews.
What is a "Deal" on Aioby?
A Deal is a tracked record of a real transaction with a seller — turned on automatically when you message or enquire about a listing, or manually from any chat. It moves through real stages (agreed, payment recorded, completed), can hold payment proof or an invoice, and lets you request a return, refund or exchange directly from it.
Does Aioby hold my payment for a Deal?
No. Aioby documents a Deal, it does not hold or guarantee the payment — pay the seller directly as you have agreed, the same as any direct marketplace deal. A completed Deal record, and how a seller responds to a return request, both feed their Aioby Score.
