Account settings and privacy
Update your profile, control who sees what, manage notifications, and sign out or delete your account.
On this page
Open Profile, then Settings. Settings is about your account only. Business management lives in the Dashboard.
Profile tab
Edit your name, username, bio, city, phone and website. Tap your profile photo to change it.
Account tab
- Change your password, or add one if you signed up with Google.
- Sign out of Aioby.
- Delete Account & Data: type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your profile, posts, listings, businesses, messages and personal data. Orders are anonymised rather than deleted, as financial rules require. This cannot be undone.
Privacy tab
- Switch your profile between public and private.
- Hide your email and phone number.
- Limit who can message you and manage blocked people.
Notifications
Choose which events notify you, for example new messages, orders and reviews.
Tip: Aioby does not show when someone joined. Your profile shows what you have done, not how long you have been here.
