Offers and promotions
Announce a current deal on your Business Page. It shows as a banner on the page and helps people choose you. Open Dashboard, Grow to manage promotions and coupons.
Tip: Aioby sometimes adds its own offers to a page or profile, such as free featured time. They show in the same banner.
Quotes
Customers post what they need in Quotes. Requests in your category appear as leads in your Dashboard. Reply with a price and details.
Enquiries and leads
People who contact you from a listing or your page become enquiries or leads. Open the Inbox to reply, and keep track of which ones need a response.
Please note: Treat customers' phone numbers as private. Use them only to reply to their enquiry.
