Do my customers need an Aioby account to buy?
No. Customers check out as guests with their name, phone, email and address. They do not create an account.
Which payment methods can I offer?
Cash on delivery and bank transfer are available to every business. Online payment (UPI, cards, net banking) is available for businesses approved for it.
Where do I see my orders?
Orders arrive in your Aioby dashboard like any other order. You confirm them, add tracking details, and your customer is emailed at each step.
Is it free?
Yes. You can build and publish your online store at no cost on an aioby.com address. Paid plans remove the small "Made with Aioby" credit in the footer.
Can I change the colours and fonts?
Yes. Choose a ready-made colour set or your own brand colour, pick the corner style and font, and change them any time without losing your content.
Can I use my own domain?
