Is selling on Aioby free?
Yes. Creating a Business Page and listing products is free, and Aioby does not charge a commission or transaction fee on sales. Optional plans, Boosts and ads exist.
What can I sell on Aioby?
Physical and handmade products, used items, food and groceries, clothing, electronics and more. Aioby supports 15 listing types including products, services, used items and menu items. Items must follow the Community Guidelines.
How do customers pay?
Customers pay you directly — cash on delivery, bank transfer or another way you accept. Online payment through Razorpay is not generally available: Aioby switches it on only for a few approved sellers, and only if you ask. You choose which methods your Business Page shows.
Does Aioby charge a fee on orders or payments?
Aioby does not charge a commission or a transaction fee on orders. Buyers and sellers agree how to pay and pay each other directly — cash on delivery, bank transfer or another way the seller accepts. Online payment for orders is not generally available: Aioby switches it on only for a few sellers it has approved, and only if the seller asks. Aioby’s own plans, Boosts and ads are paid through Razorpay.
How do orders and delivery work?
You get orders in your dashboard and confirm them within 4 hours, then prepare and ship. Shipping and delivery are arranged by you as the seller. Invoices are generated automatically for confirmed orders.
Does Aioby help write product descriptions?
Yes. The AI listing writer drafts a title and description from a few words. Free accounts get 20 AI credits a month, and you review everything before publishing.
Can I sell across India or only in Kerala?
Aioby is Kerala-first and available across India. Set where you ship in your Business Page settings; local customers find you through nearby search and the map.
