### Restaurant Biller – Job Description * Handle customer billing using the restaurant POS/billing system. * Enter food and beverage orders accurately. * Generate and verify customer bills. * Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods. This role ensures smooth BILLING Mysuru operations. * Maintain accurate records of daily billing and transactions. * Check discounts, taxes, and payment details. * Coordinate with waiters, kitchen staff, and management regarding orders and bills. * Handle bill corrections, cancellations, and refunds as instructed. * Reconcile cash and digital payments at the end of the shift. * Assist customers with billing-related queries in a polite and professional manner. * Maintain proper organization of the billing counter and billing records. * Ensure all transactions are accurate and completed according to restaurant procedures.
