Hill Palace Museum in Thrippunithura is the largest archaeological museum in Kerala, housed in a sprawling 52-acre heritage complex that served as the official residence of the Cochin Royal Family. The palace dates to 1865 and features 49 heritage buildings containing royal artefacts, paintings, sculptures, coins, manuscripts, and regalia from the Cochin Kingdom. The museum offers a fascinating glimpse into Kerala's royal history and Cochin's cultural heritage. The outdoor prehistoric park, deer park, and heritage lake add to the visitor experience. It is one of the top tourist destinations in Ernakulam.
